Our Care and Support On-site housing management and ancillary services will be provided by Clwyd Alyn Housing Association, as managing agent for Tŷ Glas Housing Society, whilst Conwy County Borough Council takes responsibility for the provision of the on-site Domiciliary Care, on a 24 hour basis. The care is tailored towards your individually assessed care needs, to help you maintain privacy, dignity, independence and choice.
