Property Believed to have been built in the 1930’s and situated in the popular Avenues location bordering Westbrook and Margate is this spacious and impressive, well-presented four bedroom detached family home. Found on a corner plot, this property is full of charm and character and boasts extensive space and is also within walking distance to two beautiful beaches, local amenities and restaurants. The property offers versatile living accommodation making it perfect for a large family or anyone that needs plenty of space. To the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, sun room, and family room and in addition to this there is a downstairs W.C and a large kitchen/breakfast room. To the first floor there are four good size bedrooms; two boasting en-suite and dressing room facilities and there is a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. Externally there are front and rear gardens, a decked seating area for entertaining and a detached workshop/garage. The property is found just off the seafront and within easy access to the shops and sandy beaches in both Westgate and Margate. Both towns also have a mainline railway station providing a regular service to London. The area boasts a number of highly regarded schools in both the public and private sectors and there are numerous leisure and recreational facilities available.

Our Time Here We were first attracted by how much space the property has and the location. It's a beautiful looking house and quite striking as you drive past. Our favourite room would be the hallway... the size and height of the ceiling always amazes people as they come in. We also love the size of the kitchen, as it's great for entertaining friends. The house is a stone's throw away from the beach, shops, schools, train station and the road we are on is the bus route into either Margate or Birchington. We have always liked the fact that everything is close to hand. Westgate is a really friendly town; just from having our dog a year we know most of the local dog walkers. Walking into town in the morning, you will find everyone says good morning. Due to us downsizing now, we will miss the space that this property has always offered us.
