Rules   Use  kick  in  or  dribble  in  when  ball  is  out   of  play   Coaching  Points   • Quick  transition  into  correct   formation   • Correct  movement   • Correct  technical  skills   • Communication  

Organization   Set  up  gates  (2  yards  wide)  with  cones.     Players  dribble  with  ball  through  gates   Variations;   1. Free  dribbling   2. Stop  the  ball  between  the  cones  before  you  dribble   the  next  gate.   Game;   How  many  gates  can  you  go  through  in  60  seconds?     Time:  10  minutes  

Attacking   • Dribbling   • Stay  active     Don’t  run  into  other  players     Keep  your  head  up!       Don’t  dribble  with  your  big  toe     Use  laces,  inside,  outside  of  foot  

Organization     Defender  passes  ball  to  attacker;  1v1  ensues.       Switch  after  a  goal  is  scored,  shot  goes  wide  or  ball  is  out   of  bounds.       Dimensions     Length  15  yards,  width  12-­‐15  yards.     Time:  8  minutes  

Attacking   • Dribble   • Pass   • 1v1   • Score!   Defending     • Position  yourself  between  the   opponent  and  the  goals     • Force  attacker  to  make  a  mistake   • Win  ball  

Organization   As  above,  but  now  two  attackers  and  two  defenders.   Switch  after  a  goal  is  scored,  shot  goes  wide  or  ball  is  out   of  bounds.       Dimensions     Length  15  yards,  width  12-­‐15  yards.       Time:  8  minutes
