UCLA Northwest Campus Infill Housing DeNeve Residential Towers and Sproul Complex

As a part of the UCLA Northwest Campus Redevelopment master Plan, SWA was engaged for pre-design and full service landscape architectural services for three new residential towers and a new mixed-use facility consisting of a multi-level residential structure, a large ballroom with lobby, meeting rooms and support space, a 750-seat dining commons, the Office of Residential life and maintenance offices. Also included are on-structure landscaped terraces, plazas for exercising and gathering, open spaces, exterior stairs, site lighting, pedestrian pathways, including a new pedestrian path called the “Garden Walk”. The project is designed to be LEED UC Certified.
