Enclosed is the Certificate of Completion for Escrow Release No. 4 for the Washington Manor project. The recommended release is $606,632.18. We have reviewed portions of the work completed to date and we have been present for inspections of the site in accordance with the terms of the Development Agreement for this project. If this release amount is approved, $844,630.17 will remain in escrow. This amount appears to be adequate to allow completion of the improvements. CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION #4 WASHINGTON MANOR— SPRING HOUSE LAND, INC. UPPER DUBLIN TOWNSHIP We, the undersigned, hereby certify that the work provided for in a certain Agreement between the Township of Upper Dublin and Spring House Land, Inc., relative to the construction and installation of certain improvements in a development known as Washington Manor, has been completed to the extent of SIX HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS AND 18 CENTS, and this certificate authorizes the security holder to release said amount ($606,632.18) to reduce the Financial Security held by the Firstrust Bank, according to the breakdown shown below.
It is agreed that the release of said amount hereby authorized shall not be construed as acceptance of the work by Upper Dublin Township, nor shall this Certificate act or constitute any waiver by Upper Dublin Township, and the Township hereby reserves the right to re-inspect the work and to require the Developer referred to in the Agreement to correct any and all defects and deficiencies.
