Vendor Registration Form Deadline for ALL applications is Monday, August 8th Spots are limited, apply early to secure space. Completed applications will hold your space for one week, but space will not be officially reserved until payment is received. If payment is not received after one week your spot will be released. Booth with NO power: $30 Booth with one power hookup: Power 110 volt (15 amps): $60 ○ Additional power can be added: $40 No water hook up available. If necessary contact Rebecca (8658829414) directly There will be a $30 service fee if a vendor trips their power source more than once during the event

Some food items may be excluded due to high volume No profanity or alcohol ads will be permitted on merchandise sold No drug promotional items or drug paraphernalia No assault weapons If using a generator it must be a quiet generator

Spaces must be kept clean and maintained in a safe way throughout event Trash must be deposited in appropriate receptacles Spaces must be clean and free of trash before departure If problems arise with other vendors contact Event Staff immediately to resolve issue Vendors must stay within their allotted booth space Vendors cannot infringe upon neighboring vendor’s space
Parking/Unloading 1. Vendors must move cars to vendor parking immediately after unloading (Devonia & Queen) a. Vehicles must be moved before setting up 2. Streets used for the festival will be closed to ALL traffic from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 3. NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO DRIVE THROUGH FESTIVAL AREA DURING FESTIVAL HOURS
Set up 1. 2. 3. 4.
Vendors can start setting up 2 hours prior to the start of the event (7:00 AM) Vendors must be checked in no later than 8:00 am Vendors must be set up and ready for business no later than 9:00 AM The event will run until 4:00 PM, vendors must stay to the end of the event. If a vendor leaves prior to the end of the festival they will not be allowed back next year. 5. Vendors using power must provide their own extension cord (50 ft is suggested) 6.
