EXPERIENCE The applicant shall have a minimum of 3-year’s operating experience in a surface wastewater treatment plant including, aeration and filtration system, and UV disinfection; maintenance on various systems, which included motors, pumps, valves, meters and feed lines. Knowledge of laboratory operations including, sampling, testing, analyzing, and data entry. Ability to operate, calculate, and adjust processes of the wastewater treatment facility. The applicant must also be prepared to respond to the facility for after-hour emergencies within 30 minutes. LICENSE AND CERTIFICATE: The applicant must possess a current S-1 license, or higher, issued by the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. A Commercial Driver's License valid in New Jersey is preferred.
