TRAINING Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Possession of a Professional Engineers license or an Engineer-in-Training certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors is preferred. EXPERIENCE One (1) year of engineering experience in the design, maintenance, and construction of projects including the preparation and review of construction plans and specifications. Construction Management courses or experience is preferred. LICENSE AND CERTIFICATE: Appointees will be required to possess a Driver's License valid in New Jersey. Appointment will be made as a Provisional Appointment pursuant to N.J.S.A. 4A:4-1.5.
