Display Name Field / Vertoonnaam Example 1. If there is a display name entered, (Sissy Smith (my favourite aunt in this example) in all the following scenarios –

a. Entered Mary Jane - blank - blank where her birth surname is not known - Mary Jane b. Entered Mary Jane - blank - ? where her birth surname is not known - Mary Jane ? c. 1. If “ignore display name” is CHECKED the display name is not seen

2. With the option “ignore display name” is UNCHECKED the display name overides all other settings/options

If there is a display name is entered which is not accommodated by the existing name fields, (in this examples Dame Mary Smith, KBE/DBE )

in all the scenarios –

1. Overrides all settings if “ignore display name” is CHECKED - important information is not displayed

2. With the option “ignore display name” is UNCHECKED
