Patrik Polivka and Coleman Vollrath combined to lead the Royals to their franchise-best record in the month of December. Polivka posted a 4-0-0-1 record with a GAA of 3.02 and a 0.913 save percentage, while Vollrath went 4-2-0-0 with a GAA of 1.82 and a 0.944 save percentage.
