VILLAGE HIGH SCHOOL PROM 2016 BEHAVIOR CONTRACT

   

VILLAGE HIGH SCHOOL  PROM 2016 BEHAVIOR CONTRACT    STUDENT NAME ________________________________________________________    GRAD E____________    (Each  student  will  have  their  own  contract.  If  you  are  taking  a  guest  that  is  not  currently  a  Village  School  student  THEY  ALSO NEED A BEHAVIOR CONTRACT.)    The 2016 Prom will be held on Saturday, April 9th at The Bell Tower on 34th (901 W 34th St, Houston, TX 77018).  The  dance  is  from  8:00  PM  –  12:00  PM.  NO  STUDENTS  WILL  BE  ADMITTED  AFTER  9  PM   UNLESS  PRIOR  ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH MR. MORGAN.    Students and guests may not leave the prom until 11:45 pm.     Note: The Village School administration reserves the right to turn anyone away due to inappropriate   dress.    Students  who  consume  alcohol  or  any  illegal  substance  before  or  during  the  dance  will  be  removed,  their  parents  will  be  called  to  escort  the  student  home,  and  the  student  will  be  recommended  for  expulsion  according  to  the  handbook  policy.  Students  and  their  guests  may  be  checked  for  illegal  or  controlled  substances  and  all  vehicles are subject to search. Guests  are  required  to  abide  by  all  school  rules  and  the  terms  of  this  contract.  Anyone  exhibiting  disruptive  behavior  will  be  removed from the dance.  Guests must also sign a contract.    A Houston Police officer and/or Security will be on duty at the prom.     Students agree to conduct themselves in a school appropriate manner at the dance. Inappropriate behavior will not be  permitted or tolerated at the prom.    STUDENTS WHO VIOLATE THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT ARE SUBJECT TO SUSPENSION OR  POSSIBLE EXPULSION FROM SCHOOL.    I have read the above rules and agree to abide by them. I understand the consequences for any inappropriate behavior. I  understand this is a school event and is  TOBACCO, DRUG, AND ALCOHOL FREE. MY GUEST AND I AGREE TO  REMAIN TOBACCO, DRUG, AND ALCOHOL FREE FOR THIS EVENT. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MY  FAILURE TO DO   SO WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION OR EXPULSION FROM SCHOOL.
