[email protected]> wrote: Hello Morristown Dissolution Study Committee, Our next committee meeting will be held on Wednesday December 13th at 6:00 pm, instead of the December 26 meeting. This meeting will be to review the Draft Dissolution Implementation Plan – I have attached an updated version from the last version I sent a week ago. A few committee members caught some minor typos that I have fixed, and I added a more detailed description to the implementation budget section about the sewer district agreements review and revision task. Please review ahead of the meeting next week. The committee will be doing 4 things at this December 13 meeting: 1. Finalizing the Alternatives Report (no feedback from the public meeting, so no changes have been made) 2. Reviewing the Draft Implementation Plan a. Deciding on the date of dissolution, if dissolution moves forward b. Reviewing the Implementation Tasks and Budget (Section D, in red font in the Plan) 3. Committee’s recommendation to Village Board: Does the committee recommend that the Village Board move forward with the dissolution process and schedule a public hearing and referendum on Village Dissolution? a. The committee will hold a roll call vote and each member will vote “yes” or “no” on the above recommendation. The committee members are 1
NOT voting on whether they personally think that the Village should dissolve. This is a committee vote on the committee’s recommendation to the Village Board based on the dissolution study results. 4. Preparation for the Village Board Meeting: The committee will present the Final Dissolution Study and Plan to Village Board with their recommendation, most likely at the January Board meeting. Give me a call if you have any questions. Thanks, Star

Hi Diane,
Since you are out of town and will not be able to attend the meeting tomorrow night, would you mind emailing me your vote for the committee recommendation? See below:
1. Committee’s recommendation to Village Board: Does the committee recommend that the Village Board move forward with the dissolution process and schedule a public hearing and referendum on Village Dissolution? a. The committee will hold a roll call vote and each member will vote “yes” or “no” on the above recommendation. This is a committee vote on the committee’s recommendation to the Village Board based on the dissolution study results.
If you want to email your vote to me, I will print it and share it with the committee tomorrow night. Don Woods is also not able to make the meeting and he has emailed his vote in.
Thanks, Star 1
