Coach Sutherland possesses 13 seasons of NCAA volleyball coaching experience, including six years as a head coach. She served as a Division I assistant coach for six years and a Division I head coach for three years. At UWSP, Sutherland has led the Pointers to the NCAA Tournament in each of her three seasons, including national semifinal appearances in 2013 and 2014. In three seasons under Sutherland, UWSP has posted a 95-19 record and has won two WIAC regular season and two WIAC Tournament titles. She was named the WIAC Coach of the Year in both 2013 and 2014.
