The Central College campus is located in Pella, Iowa, just 40 miles southeast of Des Moines on Highway 163 and 22 miles south of Interstate 80. All camp sessions are held at the Kuyper Athletic Complex on Independence Street on the west edge of campus in the southwest section of Pella.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
Camp check-in is from 8:15-9 a.m. in the Schipper
Fitness Center Lobby on the lower level at the building’s south entrance. The Schipper Fitness Center is attached to P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium and H.S. Kuyper Fieldhouse, at the corner of West 5th St. and Independence St. in the southwest section of Pella. Camp checkout is at Kuyper Gymnasium at 4 p.m. on the final day of camp.
MEALS The camp directors are joined by past and present Central volleyball players. Participants are assured of receiving individual attention throughout the camp. The staff also includes an athletic trainer.
All-you-care-to-eat meals are provided at the Central Market, the college’s state-of-the-art dining facility. All meals are included except breakfast for commuters on the second day.
High School Team Camp $45/player plus an additional fee if staying on campus

All SKILLS CAMP Grades 6-9, June 12-13 The Junior High Skills Camp is a two-day (fivesession) overnight camp for players entering grades 6-9 in the fall of 2016. This camp will emphasize the fundamental skills of the game: passing, serving, setting, hitting, and defense. Team systems will be introduced with daily incorporation of individual skills into a competitive team context. Athletes will be grouped according to ability to ensure appropriate level of challenge for each camper. All meals will be provided for those staying in college housing. Commuters will receive all meals except breakfast on day 2. Enrollment is limited.
ELITE SKILLS CAMP Grades 10-12, July 27-28 This is a two-day combination camp designed to work specifically on developing timing connections between passers, setters, and hitters for running a multi-tempo offense. Fundamental mechanics will be broken down by position, then will progress into running in and out-ofsystem attack combinations. This camp is structured for the advanced player. All meals will be provided for those staying in college housing. Commuters will receive all meals except breakfast on day 2. Enrollment is limited.
