Your Innate Entrepreneur Jeremy:

I want to take a few minutes to give you the gift of acknowledging your innate entrepreneur, that deeper core of who you are. Really, I know that it's probably come up for you many times throughout your life, and you've probably been feeling it more so than ever going through this process and having the breakthroughs, and really knowing that you can truly add value to the marketplace with your own unique ability to bring something special out to the world, and your gift and your capability. You just, you innately know that there's something more for you to give, for you to be able to share with the world, and that is that innate entrepreneur that, quite honestly, has been alive since you were a kid. Just think back to when you were a kid, and Anik actually talks about this in a very powerful way. I think it's pretty profound, which is the time in your life when you were the most entrepreneurial, when you were the most curious and truly inspired by life, and didn't care what anybody else thought, and didn't have any paradigms around what's possible or not. You just went for it. The time in your life when you were most entrepreneurial is when you were a kid. Just think of that. It's because none of those deeper level conditions around what you can and can't do, what life should or shouldn't look like, and what other people should or shouldn't think about you had even entered your subconscious mind. Had never even been a part of the deeper essence of who you are. It was simply just you. Guess what? We get to start unleashing the real you onto this world. Your innate entrepreneur was fully alive as a kid, and we get to bring that back out. You get to step into your own superhero. I mean seriously, you know you have this. You know it's burning up inside of you. If you've already expressed it in some way by starting your own business or going out in the world and doing something and you know there's even more to your superpowers that you know you're capable of, well guess what? We get to continue bringing that out, and we get to unleash the real you onto this world. We get to completely, completely clear all that past condition sludge in your system right now that is clogging you and your ability to unleash the real you. We get to completely clear that from your system so that you can truly fuel that real innate entrepreneur in you that allows you to go to the next level, that allows you to explore the unexplored in your life. That allows you to finally declare that you are powerful. I want you to say it right now. "I am an entrepreneur." Go ahead and say it out loud. If you want to stand up and put your hands up, "I am an entrepreneur." Go ahead and say

it right now. "I am an entrepreneur. I am a powerful, progressive being." Just say it. "I am capable. I am strong. I am courageous. I am an entrepreneur." Now go ahead and sit down. Got people probably looking at you like you're crazy. You have the ability to change everything, including the ability to unleash the real you. These societal paradigms that have clogged your internal system of success no longer get to own your future. You don't get to finance your ability to create wealth in your life to the societal paradigms of the past. That doesn't get to happen anymore. There's this deep conditioning of contentment of mediocrity. I know you that you see this out there in society day after day. Whether it's the mediocrity of people just allowing themselves to live the status quo and being comfortable with that, and absolutely being completely fine with not reaching their level of creative genius. Going through the motions of life and being completely content as opposed to stepping into their excellence. Being completely content with a relationship that is not beneficial to their life. With a relationship that is completely broken because they weren't able and capable and willing to step into their excellence to be able to really be able to elevate their finances, really be able to get their money right, really be able to create wealth at a level that allowed their whole family to thrive. You see this all the time. Again, the number one cause of divorce is finances, it's money. Let's be mature and let's be honest here. Let's take a responsible look at this. Are your results a reflection of what you're committed to? Where are you not committed to truly creating the results in your life? The bottom line is, are you living the status quo versus the transformation that gets to happen on a daily basis when you step into finally being clear about the breakthroughs on a daily basis, every single day, creating the repetitive, necessary mantras, habits, conditions, rituals that allow you to live your calling, your purpose, your ability to be the superhero that you are. To live as the innate entrepreneur that you grew up as. To live as the innate entrepreneur that you were born with. You have the ability to break free, and when you finally do that, you get to break free from the societal conditioning of mediocrity. There's no longer the status quo, there's simply just a deep inner-transformation that happens. Again, there's only two ways that can happen, and you're going through that whole experience right now through this process. Now, I want you to claim your inner superhero. This is typically what it looks like, all right, this is how you do this. This is how you claim your inner superhero. Identity, behavior and feelings and emotions. Here's the thing though. When you look at this, most people are going in this direction. Meaning, they are allowing their conditioned beliefs, their conditioned feelings and emotions to run their behavior and inevitably create a subprime identity.

Most people allow things happening to them in their life without any conscious awareness of influence or impact and it goes right into the subconscious mind and their feelings of the moment spark deeply conditioned behavior, which shapes and identity of lack, scarcity, fear, anxiety. This is called suffering. Suffering is not a necessary variable in the human equation. It is not necessary. We're going to talk about the difference between suffering and struggling a little bit later. You have the opportunity to struggle. You don't need, and it's not necessary to suffer. You have the opportunity to struggle, to face challenges, to go through new problems, new obstacles and new barricades to be able to elevate your standard of finding solutions that are far beyond who you are right now, so that you can step into who you can become. You have the opportunity to do that. Suffering is not a necessary variable of that equation, but most people are suffering because they're allowing that subconscious factor to run their life, and they're allowing feelings to impact behavior, to shape an identity that is not genuinely aligned with the superhero that they were born to be. The other direction actually allows you, through your conscious shift in awareness, to be able to have the power to take back your superpowers, your inner superhero, and claim a higher identity through clearly defining the feelings, emotions and results that you get to create in your life on a daily basis. It's like Stephen Covey says, "Start with the end in mind." What are the feelings that you want to have? What are the emotions that you want to create in your life?" It's what we went through with your day of excellence. What is the end result that you are after? What is it that you genuinely want to create in your life? Who do you get to become? Who do you get to step into? What is the identity that you get to claim that allows you to reach that higher calling? That identity inevitably sparks the conscious repetitive rituals that fuel empowered behaviors that deeply root new standards of subconscious conditioning, only up-leveling further and further this identity you've reclaimed once and for all. That is what leads to success. That is what leads to fulfillment. That is what leads to the abundance of knowing that you have all the opportunity in the world. You simply get to generate the life and the energy and the passion and the fuel that allows you to receive it. That's the direction that allows you to open up to that. I hope you see this. I hope it's penetrating, because this is profound and this is a breakthrough that can change everything for you. Being able to start with identifying who you need to become to truly step into what you want to feel, what results you want to create, and the impact you want to have. You've got to declare your core values. This is a ... and it comes down to core values, understanding the core values of each side. When you think of it, each side has a deeper core value of something very different. Those distinctions are going to be critical for your inner entrepreneur to come out and to thrive. For you start claiming a higher identity and start really ingraining the language of success that will allow you to create the financial freedom that you really want. The ability to really create opportunities in your life and in the lives of you care about most, where they have choices once and for all. To be able to live the way they want. To be able to travel and go places that spark inspiration in your life. Most importantly, to be able to finally love based on choice as opposed to necessity. Based on genuine connection as opposed to having to rely on someone. That is a fulfilling life. The core values are so essential to aligning your greater identity with the results that you want in your life. When you look at this Cash Flow Quadrant, I want you to take a look at this, because most people are stuck in that employment quadrant. If you aren't familiar with the Cash Flow Quadrant, you aren't familiar with this methodology, if you will, then what it is is most people start out in a job. Most people, an employee mindset, an employee standard in their life. Again, there is no right or wrong. It just simply leads to a certain result or not. If you were born and raised in an environment like I was, in an environment where the only option you had to better yourself was to go to school, work hard, get a job and then what? Cross your fingers and hope for a great retirement. Hope for the ability to one day finally step into the freedom that you're after. If that is the paradigm you're growing up with, that will lead to a very specific result, which is you're going to become an employee, a part of the system where you have a job and you're working and trading your life for somebody else's dream. Most people are stuck in that, stuck in that hamster wheel. Stuck in that rat race, if you will. Most people are unaware that there is another option, let alone when they are aware of it, do they have the courage, because their deeper level conditioning is so ingrained, do they have the courage to finally say, "You know what? I'm going to step out of this once and for all and finally live my freedom." That's a difficult thing, I understand. As you go through this breakthrough and as you finally create this transformation, you're going to have the courage to finally chase what you want. Now does that mean you have to quit your job if you really love your career and you love the people around you and it's not destructive to your growth, and it's actually fueling a deeper passion within you and there's a deeper meaning and impact of what the position you're in? Absolutely not. That also doesn't mean you have to close yourself off to opportunities that could allow you to maybe express more of your creative genius in other areas of your life that aren't attached to your job. That's what a lot of people do. They close it off because, "Oh, I got

so much time on my job," they don't have time for anything else. We get to open you up to every ounce of who you are. Guess what? You can still be and still unleash that inner-entrepreneur at a job that you love, okay? Again, it comes down to your deeper core values. Is your core values just to collect a secure and safe paycheck and clock-in, clock-out, and that's it? Is that your deeper core values? Is your deeper core values simply being willing to trade your life for pennies on the dollar just to collect a secure and safe paycheck? If that's as far as your core values go, then you will stay an employee more than likely in a job and in a career that is not aligned with who you know you really can become. To be able to break free of that, a lot of people, what they do is they go to selfemployment, but here's the thing. When you go to self-employment or you start your own business, there's two mistakes people make. Number one, they completely cut off their immediate source of income through their employee or through their employer to be able to go create their own business, and they go into that S Quadrant, which means they are a solopreneur, they're self-employed and they're not really familiar with what it takes to really create a real business. Therefore, guess what? You just own a job. You just created another job for yourself and it pays a heck of a lot less more likely than the job you have, because if you're going to start a business, most people plan on not making any money or at least not taking home a real salary, if you will, until a year or two into it if you are going the old traditional route. Again, there are ways to start online businesses and be able to start online and actually start making money. We have students making money in a few days. There are ways to be able to do that, but that's actually stepping into the B Quadrant, which is leveraging systems. Online systems, people, systems of people can come in and actually create leverage, and we'll talk a lot about that later. If you want to step into become a real business owner, you actually are going to be able to own a system and the people are actually going to be able to apply that system for you so that you can work on the business as opposed to in the business. This is a transition of core values because guess what? Your core values are no longer about money. It's about your freedom, and setting you free once and for all so that your time becomes the most valuable thing in your life. You're not willing to trade your time for anything that's not worth your freedom. Here's the thing. If money, if you're in the E Quadrant right now or maybe people that you've seen out there in the world, most people, money is the most important thing for them. It's clear, and it is proven by what they're willing to trade for it. Again, they're willing to trade their life for pennies on the dollar for it.

Money, whether they want to say it or not, most people want to sit on their high horse and say, "Ah, money's not important. Money doesn't make you happy. Oh, I don't need money in my life to be happy," and all that stuff. Guess what? They're broke. It's the first indication that you can tell that somebody's absolutely broke and they don't know a damn thing about money. Because if they did, they would realize that money is a tool and a vessel to create more freedom and more impact in this world as opposed to that thing, that esoteric thing that is just a burden on your life, but yet you're willing to trade your life to be able to collect it every single two weeks. If money is the most important thing for you based on results, then guess what? It's never going to be worth your time to invest for your freedom. Those core values are essential to the transformation that gets to come for you. If you're looking to ever step into the B or the I Quadrant and truly create your financial freedom and truly step into building wealth that creates a generational shift in your family, and allows you to step into a leadership role in any endeavor in life, then your core values are necessary and we get to declare those core values right now. I want you to declare them. What is more valuable to you? What is the language of success that you get to start penetrating into your mind so that it becomes a part of who you are? Your conditioning is no longer you can't do it, but you can do it. No longer why not, but why you can finally take this step into creating your freedom. That's the core foundation, and unveiling your personality can be a great way to understand what's really happening, it really can. It's a valuable insight into examine, being able to examine yourself. Now, I want to kind of put a fair warning out there. What I'm going to talk about right now when it comes to personality, just remember you are so much more powerful that you realize, and it's proven that you can consciously decide to change. A lot of people look at their personality, and they go and do like a test on their personality and there's a lot of them out there. I mean there's things like Hexaco, there's Myers-Briggs, which is one of the most popular ones. There's Enneagram, which is actually one that we use here and rely on, it's a great one. There's also the DISC assessment. There's different levels of personality tests that you can take to be able to get a clear examination of really what you've developed in terms of habits, what you've developed in terms of personality, who you are right now, and what it is that has made you tick leading up to this point. I know you're probably thinking, "I can't change, this is my personality." Like, "There's no way that I'm going to be able to change these deeper core personality traits," whatever. "I'm an introvert."

Well, no. You've allowed yourself to accept an introvert identity and subconsciously take on that behavior of an introvert. Maybe there are areas of your life that could meaningfully be impacted by maybe more extroversion, by actually more of you getting out there and opening yourself and authentically sharing your message. You can actually, you are evolving. Just ask the author of a widely successful book and the Ted Talk on introversion or introverts, "The Power of Introverts," Susan Cain. She adapted and evolved extrovert superpowers in areas of her life that allowed her to go out there and speak, and impact millions of people. It's always resistance to your own constant expansion, appreciation, growth and true genius that creates the suffering, the lack, the feeling of not capable. The feeling that, "Oh, my personality's my personality. I'm always an introvert. I'm never not going to be an introvert. I'm never going to be able to express my creative genius. I'm never going to be able to articulate it the way that I want. I'm never going to be able to authentically share my story because I'm an introvert." I'm telling you right now that's a bunch of BS. No matter which one of these that you go examine and take an examination on, and I encourage you, by all means do that. It is going to be insightful. I just want you to remember that this is valuable insight that can help you consciously begin to break through conditioned resistance. It is not what defines you in this moment or moving forward. Science has proven that you're able to completely rewire the structuring of who you are. I invite you to explore the deeper personality of what has been in the recent past, who you are, but I want you to know, and I want you to remember that it is not going to define who you get to become through the breakthroughs and the transformation that happens here. It's valuable insight. The breakthroughs and the transformation and the rituals and the ability for you to step into what we are going through and diving into here is what's going to allow you to reclaim your superpowers and reassess the fact that you have all the ability in the world to create what you want.
