You’ve had an innate entrepreneur that’s been alive in you since you were a kid. When you were younger, though, you didn’t have your current insecurities. You didn’t care about what others thought. It was just you.

You can unleash the your innate entrepreneur and the real you into the world. This will allow you to finally declare that you are powerful, and that you are an entrepreneur. YOU have the ability to change everything, and unleash the real you. The societal paradigms that have clogged your internal system of success no longer get to own your future.

There is a deep conditioning of contentment of mediocrity. This means people allowing themselves to live the status quo and be comfortable with that, and being completely fine without reaching their level of creative genius. This means being completely content, as opposed to stepping into their excellence. You need to ask yourself if you are living the status quo, versus the transformations that allow you to live your calling. You have the ability to break free. When you finally do that, you get to break free from the societal conditioning of mediocrity. When that happens, there is no longer the status quo. Claim your inner superhero. To do this, look at your: ● Identity ● Behavior ● Feelings/Emotions Most people go from feelings → behavior → identity. This pattern creates fear and anxiety.

This is called suffering. It is not a necessary variable in the human equation. You have the opportunity to struggle and face challenges, without suffering. The other direction: Identity → behavior → feelings allows you to be able to have the power to take back your superpowers, and claim a higher identity by clearly defining the feelings, emotions and results that you get to create in your life on a daily basis. Consider the end result that you are after, and who you want to become to reach your higher calling. This leads to success, fulfillment and abundance. Start by identifying who you need to become, to step into what you want to feel, what results you want to create and the impact you want to have. You also have got to declare your core values. To learn the language of success, and create financial freedom, you need certain core values. These core values are essential to aligning your greater identity with the results you want in your life. Most people are stuck in the employee quadrant of the Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow Quadrant. This means having a job, working and trading your life for somebody else’s dream. Most people are stuck in this quadrant. Some are unaware, while others don’t have the courage to step out and live their freedom. YOU can have the courage to create the life that you want. And you can unleash your inner entrepreneur while you are still at a job that you love. It comes down to your deeper core values, though. Do you simply value a safe paycheck? If so, you’ll stay in a career that is not aligned with who you know you can become.

To break free of this, many people will create self-employment. When people do this, though, they make two mistakes: 1. They completely cut off their immediate source of income through their employer, to be able to go create their own business. 2. They become self-employed without understanding how to create a real business. This leads to simply owning a job. In order to start a business, you need to learn to leverage systems. This allows you to work on the business, instead of in the business. This is a transition of core values. When you make this transition, your core values are no longer about money. Instead, you value freedom. For most people, money is the most important thing for them. This is proven by what they are willing to trade for it (their life for pennies on the dollar). Money should be a tool to create more freedom and impact in this world—as opposed to a burden that you are trading your life for. If you ever want to create financial freedom and wealth, then your core values are necessary. Declare YOUR core values. ➔ What is most valuable to you? ➔ What is the language of success that you condition yourself with so you no longer believe that you can’t, but instead can finally create your freedom? Unveiling your personality can be a great way to understand what is happening. It’s a valuable insight to be able to examine yourself. There are different personality tests that you can take to get a clear examination of what you’ve developed in terms of habits and personality.

Some of these tests are: ● Hexaco ● Myers-Briggs ● Enneagram ● DISC While you may think you can’t change your deeper personality traits, you can! You’ve allowed yourself to accept these traits as who you are. You are evolving. You can change. Understanding your current personality can help you to break through conditioned resistance, but it is NOT what defines you. You can rewire who you are. Explore who you are, but remember that it does not have to define who you will become. You have all the ability in the world to create what you want.
