Entries
Entries are to be made online via Equestrian Entries Internet banking payments to 02 0688 0037185 02. Show rider name and date of show as reference. Entry fees must be paid by closing date for entry to be accepted. Manual entries can be scanned and emailed to
[email protected] or posted to Ann Webster, 50 Bicknells Rd, RD 1, Featherston, Wairarapa, 5771. Manual entries must include Manual Entry Fee of $1.50 per class (non-refundable) Local rider entries only accepted when Local Rider Assistance Form is completed and returned available on the Forms page of www.dressagewairarapa.com Changes and scratchings to be made via Equestrian Entries up to 2 days before the event. Scratchings within 2 days of the event to be advised by email, phone or text to Ann Webster on
[email protected] or 021 172 2740. Refunds are only payable if a Doctor or Vet Certificate is produced within 7 days of the event. 50% of Entry Fees, the show levy and Equestrian Entries entry fees will not be refunded.
Dressage NZ Rider Categories (at 1 August 2017)
CN-C2 –for riders who have never earned 15 or more grading points above Level 2 CN-C3 – for riders who have never earned 15 or more grading points above level 3 CN-C4 – for riders who have never earned 15 or more grading points above level 4 Riders may enter Non-Graded classes hors concours if they do not meet the rider category or horse grading points criteria.
Conditions
ESNZ rules apply. Wairarapa Dressage committee reserves the right to alter or cancel the program or prize money within ESNZ rules. The draw will be available on Equestrian Entries and the Dressage Wairarapa website. Event updates will be available on the Dressage Wairarapa Facebook Page leading up to the Event. Riders must wear ESNZ numbers or back numbers when working horses/ponies. Horses to wear ID tags at all other times. Wairarapa Dressage accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to spectators, competitors, horses/ponies or their property. No dogs allowed on Solway Showgrounds.
Championship Points Prize
Championship sashes will be awarded to the champion and reserve champion of each graded and non-graded level. Combinations must compete in all four classes for each level to be eligible for the championship (or two classes for levels 7, 8 and 9). Combinations may compete at more than one level but must nominate one level for Championship points when entering first show.
