Directions Pre-mix flour and Kfibre™ together well, add a little Baking Powder Beat butter until soft then add sugar. Mix in pumpkin and egg. Add milk then slowly add flour mixture.

Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Kfibre™ Ingredients 1 tablespoon Kfibre™

For long term benefits, it is recommended that adults consume 7 grams each day.

2 tablespoons low-fat milk

Mum’s Fruit Cake with Kfibre ™

Serves: 2 Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes

2 teaspoons margarine spread

2 slices Burgen oatbran & honey bread, toasted 20g spinach leaves

30g smoked sliced salmon

Ingredients

1 tablespoon chopped chives

4 tablespoons Kfibre™

½ cup chopped nuts (pecans or brazil) 1 cup sugar

Simple use

1 cup water

Add 1 teaspoon of Kfibre™ to a glass of water

pinch salt

or mix with yoghurt to assist with reflux.

Other Convenient Uses

Mix 1 tablespoon of Kfibre™ with a small amount of yoghurt till smooth keep adding Kfibre™ and yoghurt till you have a cup of thick yoghurt add back to tub of yoghurt and mix well, store in fridge use as needed. Use on fruit, cereal or eat on it’s own.

Grab your favourite 2lt milk, decant 1/4, add 6 tablespoons of Kfibre™ to milk, shake well. Add back 1/4 milk. Keep in fridge. Can be used in coffee, tea, on cereal and in baking.

Add to fruit or vegetable juice (no added sugar) decant 1/4 add 6 tablespoons of Kfibre™ to Juice, shake well store in fridge, use as needed.

Replace flour by up to 20% when baking, re place by volume not by weight. Mix Kfibre™ and flour together well, if using SR flour add a little baking powder. May need more liquid and longer cooking time.

1 egg 1 cup SR Flour

Directions Beat eggs, egg white, Kfibre™ and milk together with a fork until well combined.

Heat a small non-stick frying pan over mediumlow heat. Add the spread and swirl until almost melted. Add egg mixture and cook for about 4050 seconds until egg starts to set around edges of the pan. Gently push the set egg into centre, tilt pan to allow uncooked egg to run to edges. Cook 10-15 seconds then remove from the heat, push edges into centre again. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Place toast on serving plates. Top with spinach leaves and smoked salmon. Spoon over the scrambled eggs, sprinkle with chives and pepper and serve.



1 cup plain flour

(substitute 2 tablespoons flour for 2 tablespoons Kfibre™ from each cup)

2 level tablespoons bi-carb soda ½ cup crushed pineapple

Directions Place fruit, sugar, water, salt & butter in saucepan. Boil 10 mins, stir frequently. Cool mixture then add beaten egg. Sift flours, Kfibre™ & bi-carb soda into bowl. Pour in fruit mixture & stir thoroughly. Add pineapple & nuts. Bake in prepared greased tin (or tin lined with oiled foil) in slow to moderate oven (170º) for 1 hour, or until skewer comes out clean.
