Washi Tape Birthday
Washi Tape Birthday Supplies: Stamps: Think Big Favorites #14 (papertrey ink) Ink: Jet Black Archival ink (Ranger) Paper: Whisper White CS, Marina Mist CS (Stampin’ Up!); Java CS (Bazzill) Accessories: Washi tape (Craft Store); Stampin’ Dimensionals , bone folder (Stampin’ Up!); Black Rhinestones (Kaiser Craft); Tape Runner XL (thermo-web)
Dimensions: Marina Mist CS: a 4 ¼” x 11” piece Java CS: a 4” x 5 ¼” piece Whisper White CS: a 3 ⅞” x 5 ⅛” piece Directions: 1. Fold the 4 ¼” x 11” piece of Marina Mist CS in half, with a bone folder, creating a 4 ¼” x 5 ½” card base. Set aside for a moment. 2. Stick a few patterns of Washi tape to the top left hand corner of the 3 ⅞” x 5 ⅛” piece of Whisper White CS, in varying lengths. Wrap the ends of the tape over the top edge of the CS. 3. Repeat Step 2 in the bottom right hand corner of the 3 ⅞” x 5 ⅛” piece of Whisper White CS. 4. Stamp the greeting onto the center of the 3 ⅞” x 5 ⅛” piece of Whisper White CS, using Jet Black Archival ink. 5. Center and stick the 3 ⅞” x 5 ⅛” piece of Whisper White CS to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic Black CS, using double sided adhesive. 6. Center and stick the matted Whisper White CS to the card base, using Stampin’ Dimensionals. 7. Randomly place a few black rhinestones in the top right hand corner and bottom left hand corner of the Whisper White CS. You’re done!
