Water Service Delivers Have you ever wondered what life would be like without safe, reliable, and high quality drinking water delivered to your home? Dependable water service sustains our economy, delivers public health protection, and provides for a high quality of life.

it continues to be the safest in the world. Much of the water that we use locally began as snow hundreds of miles away in the Sierra Nevada mountains. More than 25 million Californians depend on this source for the high quality water they receive.

Making sure it gets to our home 24 hours a day, 365 days a year is San Jose Water Company’s job so you can cook, clean, water your garden, and flush toilets. Reliable water service delivers all of these benefits at less than a penny per gallon. California Department of Water Resources

After treatment, San Jose Water Company distributes the water across more than 2,400 miles of pipes to more than one million people who live and work in our community. Groundwater is also pumped and delivered to customers through this vast pipeline network to ensure adequate supplies as well as safe and reliable water service. At San Jose Water Company, we are continually improving the water system to better serve you.
