Is it your turn to positively impact the life of a student or colleague? Sign up to be a mentor in our high school or professional program, or both. SME will provide you with guidance and training.
HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT MENTORS MUST:
PROFESSIONAL MEMBER MENTORS:
• Be SME members in good standing.
• Must be SME members in good standing.
• Complete and clear a background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
•V olunteer for a one-hour virtual session per month for a six-month time period.
•M eet with mentee for one hour per month for a six-month period. •P articipate for one or two sessions: September-February and/or March-August.

MENTEES HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS ENCOURAGE THEIR STUDENTS TO APPLY AS MENTEES IN ORDER TO:
