We believe that hard work always pays off and everyone has the ability to become an elite athlete. Our mission at Xtreme Cheer All Stars is to teach respect for one another, promote physical fitness and the art of cheerleading. We feel that cheer is more than just a sport. It creates long-lasting friendships and teaches kids valuable lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship. Being a part of XCA is more than being part of a team, it is a family. XCA has really grown over the years and lead to many high titles. We are now the largest All Star program in our area. On top of all the awards we have received, we also hold several State and National Titles. Xtreme has worked hard and earned many specialty awards and paid bids. This past season we earned our way to The US Finals in Indianapolis and The Summit in Orlando, Fl.
Owner/Head Coach Stephanie Jacoby Stephanie Jacoby started all star cheerleading at a young age. Her passion then led her to open her own gym in 2012. Before opening her own gym, Stephanie helped coach other all star programs and started coaching gymnastics at the age of 16. Cheerleading and gymnastics are a huge part of her life. Stephanie’s dedication to the sport is the reason she started this business at the age of 21. All star cheerleading had a big impact on her life and it helped her become the women she is today. Stephanie’s goal in life is to build confidence and inspire each and every child, so that they may reach their goals and dreams. Stephanie is not only a coach but she is a wife and mother to two children.

The staff at Xtreme Cheer all stars is dedicated in providing the greatest all-star cheerleading experience for everyone regardless of age and ability. We believe that every team should be treated equal regardless of the level. As one big family we support each other and are determined to improve the skills of every child who enters our gym by helping them achieve personal goals and understanding the meaning of hard work and teamwork. XCA teams achieve the most success when coaches, parents, and cheerleaders share the same vision. The commitment we are asking for from all athletes and parents is to ensure that you attend all practices. Make all practices a priority over any other activity/event. “Dedication isn’t something that comes naturally to many people, but when someone has a passion for something, that dedication comes easy.”
Placements will not be made until after tryouts. Xtreme retains the right to place an athlete on the team(s) they feel will best suit both the athlete and the gym. The selection of teams is a very tedious and often complicated process. Many key elements are considered in our decisions. We must choose a well-rounded variety of individuals for each team that take into account the team successes but also the proper progression for each individual athlete. Your child may have the opportunity to be a crossover to an additional team if needed. Our tryouts are not stressful! We evaluate in groups and encourage participants to re-do their skills if they are not 100% satisfied with their tryout. Once we evaluated all prospects, we will begin to assemble teams. All coaches will meet and have team placements done within two weeks after tryouts. Retuning members - $10.00 (If you refer a friend to XCA, your fee is FREE) New members- $20.00 ( This fee is due Wednesday, May 31st at the first tryout session) **After team placements if your child made the team there is a MANDATORY parent meeting which will take place on June 10 th at 10:00-12:00.

Fundraising is provided throughout the season to help cover costs of the Xtreme All Stars program. Fundraising is OPTIONAL! There will be one or two fundraisers a month. All profits from all of the fundraisers will be put into an individual cheer account. This money may be used for purchasing uniforms, shoes, bows, monthly tuition fees, competition fees, or any other Xtreme related expense.
The Xtreme Cheer All-Star Booster Club is an organization created by Xtreme parents to support the Xtreme allstar cheer and hip hop programs through fundraising activities. The function of the club is to assist its members with alternate methods of not-for-profit fundraising opportunities and assistance to booster members enrolled in the Xtreme all star program through various committee's through organizing and coordinating sponsored fundraising events. Membership is open to all parents and/or legal guardians of any child belonging to the Xtreme allstar program,during the time that their child is part of the Xtreme Organization. Every parent or guardian is encouraged to attend meetings of the Xtreme Cheer All-Star Booster Club and participate in all efforts of the booster club. Fundraisers are held throughout the year,(including mandatory) to support and assist parents with costs that occur with allstar cheerleading and hip hop throughout the season.
