Webster Parks and Open Space System Master Plan
SWA provided master planning services for the City of Webster in order to capitalize upon their adjacency to Clear Creek. The final plan supports the enhancement and expansion of the neighborhood park system to serve all of Webster; the establishment of recreational facilities along Clear Creek that are compatible with its sensitive environment; and the creation of connections that tie the neighborhood parks and Clear Creek together as an open space system accessible to the entire community. In addition SWA utilized the extensive system of pipeline easements that exists between the town and Clear Creek as hike/bike corridors.
