Wednesday 2nd November 2016 Dear Parents, BSN Netball League As part of the Blandford Schools Network netball league Dunbury Academy will be playing various matches over the coming months. The first match that we will be playing is against Pimperne Primary School on Wednesday 9th November 2016, starting at 3:10 p.m. Your child has expressed an interest in participating in netball and representing Dunbury Academy. Going forward we will text just before each event to ask you if they can play in the next match and see if anybody is available to help with transport. This first game is a home match so the children will go straight over to the netball court from school. If anybody wants to come and cheer us on that would be lovely. If there are any other queries about netball then please contact the school office. Please could you return the reply slip by Monday 7th November. Thank you. BSN Netball Multi Match Permission Slip (We will text you for each match to see if your child can play or not) I give permission for my child ………………………………………… to participate in the BSN netball matches against local Primary Schools, with the first match being played at Dunbury on Wednesday 9th November. For away matches I give permission that my child may be driven to the match by another parent or member of staff. I may be able to help with transport, please contact me before away matches. I confirm that I will pick up my child, after the home matches, from Dunbury Academy by 4:00.p.m. I give the trip leader permission to authorise medical staff to administer first aid and pain relief should there be an accident.
