Wednesday 7th September 2016 Dear Parents / Carers Core, Stretch & Relax – Beginning Tuesday 13th September 2016 We are very pleased to announce that we are able to continue to offer the ‘Core, Stretch & Relax’ classes this academic year. Sessions are open to parents, relatives and friends. A Yoga inspired relaxation and flexibility class which will improve flexibility, lower stress levels, boost confidence and improve muscle tone and strength. These sessions will be run once a week on Tuesday mornings. The aim is to increase parent participation within the school community. So if you are keen to improve your fitness levels in a fun environment we will provide convenient sessions for you to attend after you drop your children at school in the mornings. Sessions will take place in the Junior School dance studio, away from the children. The sessions will be organised by a qualified fitness instructor. Sessions will commence on Tuesday 13th September 16 and continue until Tuesday 18th October 16 between 9.00am – 10.00am. The cost will be £18.00 for the 6 weeks; unfortunately any missed sessions will not be refunded. Please refer to our Charging Policy for further details.
