BOOKS 10 Manhattan Prep GMAT Strategy Guides These guides are the heart of our curriculum, providing in-depth instruction in each of the GMAT’s principal content areas. Each Guide breaks down the subject into distinct topics, followed by practice problems to strengthen your skills. Foundations Strategy Supplements These supplemental books provide critical refreshers of core concepts, as well as ample practice with basic math and verbal skills. The Foundations of GMAT Math (FoM) book reinforces computational abilities, clarifies fundamental ideas, and lays the groundwork for the math Strategy Guides. The Foundations of GMAT Verbal (FoV) book reviews basic concepts of grammar and logical arguments; it also provides insight into Reading Comprehension and lists of GMAT words and idioms. The Strategy Guides and Supplements mentioned above are also available for download as eBooks in your Student Center.

3 Official Guides (OG’s) Published by GMAC, the Official Guides are the main source of real GMAT problems from previous tests. 1) The Official Guide for GMAT Review 2) The Official Guide for GMAT Quantitative Review 3) The Official Guide for GMAT Verbal Review Test Simulation Booklet + Marker Did you know you can’t use any paper when you take the GMAT? This laminated pad mimics the one used at official test centers. Practice with this to avoid gameday surprises. Make sure you have it handy whenever you do a practice test! GMAT Advanced Quant Strategy Supplement (free eBook available upon request) This guide provides intense practice with advanced techniques for problem solving and data sufficiency questions, ranging from broad principles to tactics for narrowing down possible answers. Includes over 150 "Workout Problems" to test you on th the toughest quant concepts. Meant for those scoring at or above the 70 percentile in the quant section on practice tests and comfortable with the material in the five math-focused Strategy Guides.

PRACTICE TESTS 6 Manhattan Prep GMAT Practice Tests Our six full-length computer-adaptive practice tests are offered online using our proprietary GMAT testing engine. Recommended Use 1. Take one exam before Session 1. 2. Take two more before the course ends, per the syllabus. 3. Run Assessment Reports for every test. These reports will allow you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, helping you use your study time more effectively. GMAT Prep® (free download) Free practice exam software available from GMAC, the makers of the GMAT, at mba.com. The GMATPrep practice exams are the best predictor of your score on the actual GMAT. They are best utilized late in your study process, after you have already selected a test date, as they do not provide explanations or in-depth analytics of your performance. GMAT Write (online, one free code included with program) GMAC’s web-based essay practice tool “offers real GMAT writing prompts along with feedback on how well your essays demonstrate your ability to think critically and communicate ideas.” You’ll receive two prompts—both analysis of an argument—each of which you can score twice.

LESSONS & WORKSHOPS 37 GMAT Interact™ Lessons These interactive lessons are the centerpiece of your on-demand course. Like a good teacher, Interact tailors itself to you. If you get something right, we may take you to a tougher problem. If you get something wrong, we may take you through a detailed lesson. The 37 lessons are grouped into nine class sessions – an exact mirror of the structure of our Complete Course – but feel free to hop around if you want to visit (or revisit) a specific lesson or topic. Each lesson is taught by an expert Manhattan Prep instructor, and you can stop, skip, or repeat any portion of a lesson. Foundations of Math Workshops Two Foundations of Math (FoM) workshops are available to you, for free, as our student. These 3-hour workshops cover basic math material. FoM I covers Equations and Divisibility & Exponents. FoM II covers Fractions, Decimals, & Percents, and Geometry. Accompanying online homework banks consist of 400+ practice questions and explanations.  

To view a FoM recording: Visit your Student Center To participate in an upcoming FoM workshop: Visit www.manhattanprep.com/gmat/classes/workshop or contact Student Services at 212-721-7400.

If you are unsure of whether you would benefit from these workshops, we recommend first taking our 40- minute Basic Math Diagnostic, containing 20 problems at a 300-500 level of difficulty.

Advanced Workshops are also available for purchase. Visit www.manhattanprep.com for more info.

ONLINE RESOUCES Navigator™ Designed for use with the Official Guides (OGs), our GMAT Navigator™ provides a convenient online interface for tracking your progress with real GMAT problems. Record your answers and either time yourself or enter offline times. Afterwards, review explanations and click on live graphs to dive deeper into your performance stats (even all the way down to individual question data). You can also display custom graphs based on any date range you select. Question Banks These online Question Banks consist of 25 extra practice questions (with detailed explanations) per Strategy Guide. All questions included are unique and not included anywhere else in our curricular materials. Use the Question Banks late in your studies to do a review of needed topics (e.g. Geometry). Challenge Problem Archive Each month a new Challenge Problem is posted, testing the hardest quant concepts. Course students have access to our archive of 500+ Challenge Problems. These questions are designed for students who have mastered the material in the general sections of our Strategy Guides and want an added challenge.
