The Intramural Sports program reserves the right to put into immediate effect any new sport rule changes or modifications based on eligibility, league and tournament structure, or participant safety. General Rules  Catcards are required. NO I.D. = NO PLAY! No exceptions!  All participants must arrive no later than the start time of the event to be eligible  Participants may compete in pairs or alone  External devices (i.e. cell phones, tablets) are prohibited during active questioning. Any participant/team seen using a device will be automatically disqualified from the competition  The contest consists of two rounds with 10 questions each and one bonus question at the end of both rounds  Each round will consist of randomized sports questions  Each question is worth one point, unless otherwise noted  Participants will be given a scorecard for their answers  One Intramural Supervisor will be responsible for grading each round and keeping track of team points. I. Protests: In the event a participant believes his or her answer is correct, when marked incorrect, he or she can protest immediately following the announced answer. Upon protest, a period of research will be conducted by the Intramural Supervisor to determine if the subject’s answer is acceptable. If so, points will be rewarded. If not, one point will be deducted from the team’s current score. Conduct The Intramural Sports programs promote positive sportsmanship at all contests and activities. Unsportsmanlike conduct includes actions, which are unbecoming to an ethical, fair, and honorable individual. It consists of acts of deceit, disrespect, or vulgarity and includes taunting.
