Printing the WIC Form Printing from the Internet can sometimes be a frustrating experience. Here are some helpful hints you can use to make your printing experience a good one. •
Select the button when the WIC form is ready to be submitted. − Document the WIC number
•
Use the Submitted IC Order search page to locate the specific WIC form you want to print.
•
Change your Web Browser print properties to landscape.
Detailed Printing Instructions The Print feature works best using WIC forms that have already been submitted for import into the Oracle Base Applications. The steps required to print a submitted WIC will vary depending upon whether you are using an Internet Explorer (recommended) browser or a Netscape browser. Locating a Submitted WIC 1.
Select the form you want to print.

Accept the default of Contains in the Search Operator field.

Enter the specific WIC number that you want to print in the Text field.

Select the
button to initiate the search.
The Web Internal Charge Form – Submitted Orders page will open.

Select the blue-underlined text in the Web Order Number field. The Submitted Orders Summary page will open with the selected WIC form showing.
Scroll down to view the line level information.

Print Instructions using Internet Explorer Open a Submitted WIC. 1.
Left click your mouse anywhere in the body of the WIC. This action activates the window.

Right click your mouse. The following window will appear.

Select Print. The Print pop-up window will open.

Highlight the applicable printer name listed in the General tab.

Change the page layout to landscape.

Select the Layout tab.

Check the Landscape radio button.
Select the Print button.

Right click your mouse.
The following window will appear.

Select Reload Frame. Change your web browser Print Properties to print Landscape. •
Select Print Frame from the File menu.
The Print pop-up window will open.

Select the Properties button. The printer Document Properties window will open.

Select the Landscape check box.

Select OK. The Print pop-up window will re-open.
