What’s Happening? WPBC Christmas Dinner Everyone is invited to come have a great dinner and fun with friends on Sunday, December 2 nd at 6:00pm. Please let us know you are coming by writing “Christmas Dinner” on your Connection Card on Sunday. Dinner is provided. We are asking everyone to potluck our dessert. Bring your favorite! Bless a Family this Christmas We would like to encourage all Life Groups to think of a family that may be in need this Christmas and reach out to them by giving them a Christmas food basket. If you are NOT able to think of a family, please contact the church office for a family name. A Friendly Reminder A reminder to all teachers who are using classrooms on Sunday mornings and evenings, or to anyone else who is using the building: please make sure that the heater/AC and lights are turned off when you leave your room. We want to conserve energy as much as possible. Thank you so much for helping us.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” 2 Timothy 1:7 NLT

Operation Christmas Child Report: Great job church family! Our goal was 100 Operation Christmas Child Boxes and we delivered 125! Thank you to all those who took part in this mission outreach. Juvenile Hall Christmas Party Tuesday, December 4th at 5:30pm Every year we participate in giving a Christmas party and gospel message to the kids at Juvenile Hall here in Fresno. It is a way we can bring the good news of Jesus at a time when they might not feel much hope at all. If you would like to go and be a part of this, please sign up by November 25th or contact Paula Aranaz at 647-5657. You are required to fill out a form.

You can also participate by donating food, drinks, goodies or money to purchase those items for the party. Please drop off your donations to the church office by Monday December 3rd before 4pm.

WPBC Workday on December 1st The next workday is Saturday, December 1st from 8:00am – 12:00pm. Come to WPBC to help us maintain our campus. We have all the supplies, we just need your hands and feet! Special Request: We are in need of some strong able-bodied folks who can help plant our prayer tree that was on stage during the last sermon series! If you have questions, contact Lindsay Roche by email or by calling 286-7168. Be a Blessing Hours! Since God has overwhelmingly blessed us, we want to bless others. As a church we want to track the number of hours we bless others…both inside and outside the church. Below are the hours reported so far. Let’s celebrate together all that God can do through our willingness to serve Him! You can report your hours on your Connection Card or by emailing Karen Conrad. Year to Date: Inside Hours: 1,978 Outside Hours: 1,793

Thank you to all who volunteered on the Nov. 17th workday. We appreciate you!

Parents and Students: Join us Saturday, December 1st from 9:30am - 12:00pm at WPBC to help with campus projects. Then we will go shopping for Families First. This organization helps provide food for low-income families in Fresno County. Once a month we fill their food pantry. We encourage our students to set aside allowance money or turn in recycle items. We have recycle bins in the worship center to help us supplement the money we use every month to help provide as many groceries as possible to Families First. It is a great way to give back to our community and help others in need. If you have any questions please contact Charlotte Wood at 281-9765.
