WOU Intramural Sports Spikeball Rules Every player must present a valid WOU ID card before each contest to be eligible to participate. No exceptions. All rules are governed by the playing rules established by USAspikeball.com (see below). All games are self-officiated. Players will call their games, but an official is present to answer any questions or concerns. If players cannot come to an agreement on a call, the point should be replayed.
