Wrexham Volunteers - Holiday Hunger
On the dates below we will be providing soup, bread and a snack for approx. 80 – 100 children. The volunteer sessions will take place in St Marks Church Caia Park. We need volunteers to chop vegetables, make soup, or pack the prepared food ready for delivery. The Mondays will be soup making days and we will need four
volunteers for both of these sessions to make the soup for the Tuesday and the Wednesday.
The Monday
sessions will probably be from 10am – 2pm but if you can only do part of this time please still offer to volunteer.
For the Tuesdays and Wednesdays we will be cutting, buttering and wrapping bread to go with the soup and getting snacks and fruit packed to go out. These sessions will only take about 1hr from 11 – 12noon and then the food will need to be delivered to Gwenfro Valley and The Venture. We will need at least two volunteers for each of these sessions.
