CONDITIONS OF ENTRY *The competition is open everyone *Entries must be original *Entrants may submit more than one entry. *All entries must be accompanied by an Entry Form and delivered or mailed to the Library before the closing date. *Goulburn Valley Regional Library Corporation reserves the right to retain all entries, publish entries and display entries for GVRLC purposes. Copyright remains with the writer. *Entrants should retain a copy of any item submitted. Entries will not be returned. *The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. *Prizes will be awarded in July 2015 and winners will be notified.
