YELLOW BEANIE CHANGING YARN AND COLOUR When changing yarn, use/add new colour to your work with the last loop of your final stitch, then proceed as pattern directs. This beanie is worked in rows and then seamed together with a mattress stitch to form a rectangle tube with a chain cord of 6ocm woven in and out of the last row – end of cord drawn together to close the top of beanie. Yarn A ch 77 Row 1: 2nd ch from hook dc across to end 76 dc st Row 2: ch3, *BPtr around next st, FPtr around next st, repeat from * to end turn 76 sts

Rows 19 -60: repeat rows 7&8 in order Yarn B Row 61: repeat row 7 Yarn A row 62: repeat row 8 Final row: revdc evenly across. Fasten off and weave in ends . FINISHING Wrong side facing – seam the short sides using a mattress stitch to form a tube. Right side facing – With a 6ocm crochet chain cord, weave in and out the final row under the revdc final row so around - draw tight to close the top tie in bow.
