FALL YOUTH RETREAT 2017 It’s 48 hours of friends, food, campfires, night games and camp fun, and reflecting on scripture and prayer together.
Dates: September 22-24, 2017 Departure - Friday, September 22 ● Meet at the Husky station in Caronport at 4:00pm ● Bus leaves at 4:30pm ● Supper stop in Swift Current at 6:00pm ● Arrive at Pinecrest Bible Camp around 8:00pm
Return - Sunday, September 24 ● Leave camp at 1:30pm ● Return to the Husky station in Caronport around 4:30pm
Food Allergies/Sensitivities Please let us know if your son/daughter has any food allergies.
Retreat Activities Our weekend will be spent at Pinecrest Bible Camp (pinecrestbiblecamp.ca) in Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park, SK. Our time together will be filled with camp fun, teaching, small group time, and lots of opportunities to grow together. It’s 48 hours of youth group! Our speaker this year is Paul MacDiarmid. Paul has been a camp director, New Testament professor, and is currently the bossman of a thriving construction company, an avid Sunday school teacher, and father of 6. Paul is a gifted teacher, and we’re excited to have him and his family with us this year!
Register by Tuesday, Sept 12 ● $75.00/retreater (payable to “St. Aidan Anglican Church”) ● Signed consent form
What to Bring ● Clothes appropriate for chilly fall weather, outdoor activities, campfires, etc. ● Pillow and Sleeping bag ● Flashlight (for night game) ● Bible ● Human-maintenance stuff (toothbrush, etc.)
