Preparation Preparation: • Rub duck with ginger wine to release the bad smell, then chop into bite- size pieces and marinate duck meat with Knorr Chicken Powder, pepper and chopped shallots • Peel sau fruit and soak in the cold water • Peel and cut taro into bite-size pieces; fry until cook • Finely mince Cilantrocilantro and floating enhydra • Stir-fry garlic, shallot until fragrant; add duck meat and stir until cook. Then add 2 l water and cook duck meat until slightly soft; add sau fruit and season with Knorr Lime Powder to taste • Place duck meat and duck broth on a serving big bowl with top of Cilantro and floating enhydra. Serve with rice vermicelli, fried taros, water glory morning and neptunia Advantage: • Knorrr lime powder is made of fresh lime. It is combined with sau fruit to deliver balance sourness, save time and money.
