14th Annual St. Lawrence Gala “Winter Wonderland ” Friday, January 29, 2016 October 26, 2015
Dear St. Lawrence School and Athletic Families, Planning for the 14th Annual St. Lawrence Gala is underway. Our event will be held on Friday, January 29, 2016. Attached you will find the Gala Commitment Form. Every family, both school and required athletic families, must return the form on or before Monday, November 30, 2015. It is very important that we receive your commitment for the event. There are several ways to fulfill your required family commitment. Each family must fulfill their $180.00 commitment by purchasing two tickets, paying a non-participation fee ($180.00), purchasing ad space, volunteering at least eight hours of your time, or donating and equivalent basket or auction item. You are required to select your commitment choice on the attached form and return it to the school office. In years past, we have achieved great success and have been able to complete many beneficial school and athletic projects as a result. These successes have not come easy and have required the participation of our entire community. We are very much dependent upon and appreciative of your support and generosity. Purchase two tickets and attend event. $180.00 per couple – ticket sales end Friday, November 30, 2015.
Pay non-participation fee of $180.00. Fee will automatically be added to FACTS if participation arrangements have not been made by Friday, November 30, 2015. Purchase Table Sponsorship or Program Book advertisement space in the value of $180.00 or more. Does not include gala tickets. Please contact Kelley Peters (586.731.0135/[email protected]) for details. Donate a basket or silent auction item. Volunteer to set up/clean up or work the night of the event. o Must return form by Monday, December 14, 2015. o Must work eight hours to fulfill volunteer requirement. o Limited space. Positions will be filled as forms are returned.

Family requirements are scheduled and monitored by the Gala Committee. If a commitment designation has NOT been met by Friday, November 30, 2015 a non-participation fee of $180.00 will automatically be attached to the January FACTS agreement payment plan.
