FNA Cytopathology 15FNA4 Specimen: FNA mediastinal mass Clinical Notes: Male, 22 years. Presents with chest pain. CT scan shows a 12 mm anterior mediastinal mass without calcification and with homogenous attenuation. Expected Response: Seminoma.
