SOWING AND GROWING

Sow thinly direct into finely raked, moist, warm soil at a depth of 13mm (½") (Germination usually takes 7-14 days). Thin seedlings to 45cm (18") between plants. Mature plants produce delightful blue star-like flowers. Grows best in well drained soil in a sunny position. A good companion plant for Runner Beans – as it attracts bees for pollination. Note: Hairs on stems and mature leaves can cause skin irritation.

HEALTHY EATING

Borage tea is said to reduce fever. Quality Control: This seed has been carefully tested to ensure high germination. Prior to use, store in a dry cool place.
