17th June 2016 Welcome Back

Attendance

Welcome back to the final half term of the academic year – we hope you enjoyed a relaxing break. I would just like to remind you of the importance of children wearing full school uniform each day, with sensible black or grey shoes. Children should not have extreme hairstyles eg. designs shaved into their hair. Out uniform policy can be found on the website: millbrook.tameside.sch.uk/policies/

Attendance for the last school week was 96%. This is below our target of 97%. Please make every effort to ensure your child attends school if at all possible. Punctuality Congratulations to Year 6 who had everyone in on time for all of the last school week.

Summer Fair Saturday 2nd July 11am - 1pm Any donations of cakes, toys, books, raffle prizes etc. for the fair will be gratefully received. Thank you!

School Closed Just a reminder that school will be closed on Thursday 23rd June due to the EU referendum.

Summer As we will hopefully get some more good weather this half term, please can you ensure that children bring in sun hats and sun cream to protect them from burning.

Table Top Sale As usual at the summer fair we will be holding a table top sale. If you or anyone you know is interested in having a table at the fair, please contact Miss Dilkes. Tables cost £10.
