Dates of Employment Applicable Guidelines - A volunteer coach may only assist in a sport other than Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, or Football. - A volunteer coach may not receive any compensation from the Southeast Athletic Department in any way, other than: two complimentary tickets to home contests in the coach's particular sport; complimentary pre-game, post-game, or occasional meals during an official visit; employment at a Southeast institutional camp or clinic; and coaching apparel/gear necessary for performing coaching duties. - A volunteer coach may not contact and/or evaluate prospective student-athletes off campus at any time, and cannot scout opponents off campus at any time. - The volunteer coach may not make or receive any telephone calls from prospective student-athletes at any time and may not be involved in the evaluation/selection of prospective student-athletes .
Volunteer Coach Certification I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the guidelines listed above, and I agree to notify the Head Coach of any changes to my status.
