Instructions & Screen captures include: Setup for email address, and website address. Email Address – MACKTRAQ now has the ability to add a Salesperson’s Email Address to Quotes and Reports. In Filing Cabinet, Click on Tools Tab, Click on Administration Tab, Input Email Address under User Information, Save Website Address - MACKTRAQ now has the ability to add your Website Address to Quotes and Reports. In Filing Cabinet Drawer, Click on Tools Tab, Click on System Setup, Input Dealership Website Address in field, Click Shift Charts – Rear Axle Ratio selection has been added to parameters that are displayed on Gradeability Charts. To Update 2010A Quotations to this data base version All 2010A quotes must be updated to apply the changes contained in this release. To update your 2010A quotes to apply these changes, simply use the Update function under the File menu. The 4.5.0.0 changes will not be applied unless you go through this Update procedure. It is not uncommon that new screens (pricing, weight adjustments, etc.) are included as part of any Service Pack update. For this reason, it is highly recommended that all quotations created prior to this Service Pack be updated once this Service Pack is applied.
