2015 Billi Billi Shiraz Winemaking note The 2015 Billi Billi Shiraz is sourced from a selection of premium cool climate vineyards throughout Victoria; predominantly the Grampians including a portion from the Mount Langi Ghiran vineyards, home of the iconic Langi Shiraz. Throughout Victoria, the 2015 vintage provided near perfect conditions for grape growing. A temperate Summer without extremes followed by classic Autumn weather of warm days and cool nights. This resulted in slow and steady ripening, ideal for producing Shiraz of distinctive character. This Billi Billi beautifully reflects its cool climate origins.
