HELPFUL TIPS
In order to facilitate the Reverse Trade Show and make it possible for each attending supplier to receive the most benefit, we ask that you follow these few simple guidelines:
Come prepared and bring plenty of business cards and a one-sheet information flyer about your company and the goods and services you provide.
Bring pen and paper so you can make notes about key points you learn from each agency about their processes, procedures and upcoming solicitations.
Limit your stay at each agency table to no more than five minutes.
We suggest starting with the agency table with the shortest line and then working your way systematically around the floor to the other tables to maximize your time.
