OTC 63rd Annual Conference Supplier Showcase Info Showcase Setup time Exhibitors may set up between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday June 2 in the main meeting room The room will be fully secured overnight. For those who want to setup the next morning, the doors will open on Mon. June 3 at 7 a.m until 8 a.m. All setup must be completed by 8:00am on Monday. Display times: Monday, June 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Takedown begins at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. There is an optional take down at 4pm on Monday for those who can not stay Tuesday. Booth takedown on Tuesday can only happen at 1:30 p.m. because sessions will be taking place in the same room all day. Suppliers will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business prior to the lunch being served on Monday. Suppliers will be welcome to come to all meals as well as the Monday night dinner. Location The OTC Suppliers Showcase will be located at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Sarnia as part of the 63rd OTC Annual Conference. Showcase Cost - Includes 1 delegate registration - SAME AS 2011 & 2012 FEES! $599.00 + 77.87 HST = $676.87 (a $ 150 surcharge applies for non-OTC members) Additional staff registration $299.00 + 38.87 HST = $337.87 For more than 2 staff, please contact [email protected] for more information. Booth Size The booth size is 10’ x 10’. Display units can be used. A 6’ table & 2 chairs will be provided Electrical Outlets There are some located around the perimeter – please bring an extension cord.
