Camp Objectives
Athletes Will Be Taught
H Flexibility, Strength, Power, Explosiveness, Acceleration, Quickness and Speed with regard to specifics of their sport. H Learn the proper techniques with regard to lifting, running, jumping, and change of direction H Learn how to warm-up and stretch using the latest methods.
H Nutrition, Olympic Lifts, Bench Press, Squat Press, RDL, and various other lifts to develop strength, and power. H Proper Running and Sprinting Techniques, with sport specific Agility Drills.
$10 per session
