It is now scholarship season and The Southern Arizona Chapter of the CCIM Institute is grateful to be able to offer two scholarships for classes in 2018 that lead toward securing the CCIM designation. 1 1

Procedure and Deadline for Submissions to the Chapter - Applications are submitted directly to the individual's local CCIM Chapter. Return your scanned documents to:
[email protected] or deliver to CCIM /TAR Office, BethAnn 2445 N. Tucson Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85715 in person or by mail by 4:30 pm, November 14th, 2017. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. Recipient Notification - Letters will be sent on or before December 12, 2017 notifying those selected. Once accepted, recipients can register for their selected course. Recipients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. NOTE: Scholarship recipients will be responsible for reimbursing the Chapter for the full cost of a failed course; failing the course renders the scholarship null and void. NOTE: The course selected can only be taken in 2018. 2018 George C. Larsen, CCIM Scholarship & 2018 James P. Robertson, CCIM Scholarship Information and Application Background The George C. Larsen Scholarship honors George C. Larsen, CCIM as a founding member of the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter. The George C. Larsen scholarship was created in 2006. The James P. Robertson Scholarship war created in 2017 and honors James P. Robertson, CCIM for his depth of service to The CCIM Institute and the Southern Arizona Chapter. Both scholarships where created by the Southern Arizona Chapter with matching funds provided by the CCIM Foundation. Named endowed scholarships honor those who have shown great dedication, commitment, outstanding achievement and service to the commercial real estate industry. About the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter The Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter is a group of 160 members focused on commercial real estate. Our membership includes commercial real estate owner, brokers, appraisers, lenders, architects, engineers, escrow and title professionals, and many other related professionals. The chapter is focused on delivering value to its members through providing professional networking, education, market information, community building, and deal making opportunities. About the CCIM Foundation The CCIM Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. The Mission of the CCIM Foundation is to advance and foster commercial real estate education through scholarships, programs and initiatives. Scholarship Program Guidelines The CCIM Foundation’s CCIM Course Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Recipient should exemplify the high caliber of professionals that comprise the CCIM Institute. Scholarship Selection Criteria Includes the following: Each applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career (see application). Each applicant should be able to demonstrate active involvement as a dues paying member with a local CCIM Chapter (see application). Scholarship Value Recipient will receive $1,000 to offset the cost of one of the following CCIM designation courses: CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104. Procedure Applications are submitted directly to the individual’s local CCIM Chapter. The Scholarship Committee will determine the winners from all eligible applicants. Deadline for Submission to Chapters November 14, 2016.

Recipient Notification Email notification will be sent on or before December 12, 2016, notifying those selected. Recipients will also be announced at the December luncheon.
