Description: Have you ever asked yourself why you need to be a particular size or weight? What or who is really driving your desire to be something different than you already are? The place where most people get stuck is that what they WANT does not align with what they are willing to DO. When you live in these conflicting worlds of what you want versus the reality of what you do, nothing gets accomplished. Get ready for incredible insight into what may subconsciously be holding you back from EVER being truly happy with how you look or doing what you need to do to get what you say you want.
Audio Discussion Depending on your coaching session format, you can use the following questions as discussion: • Think about your expectations for your ideal weight and how you think your body should look. Where did these expectations come from?

What do you want to change about your body? o If you were to get the perfect body, what do you think would be different about your life? o Would it be possible to achieve those results without having the perfect body? o What would you have to believe in order for that to happen?

Do your daily choices reflect the body you desire? o First and foremost, is this desire realistic? Why or why not? o Who do you have to BECOME in order to actually be what is required to have that body? o Are you willing to shift who you are BEING in order to do what is required to have the body you desire? § If yes, where do you need to start? § How will you get that support?
How you do anything is how you do everything. • How is this showing up in your life positively? • How is this holding you back in your health?

Commit to using The Wellness Tracker. a. If anyone is experiencing resistance, address the importance of this tool and the knowledge they will gain from it. Use powerful coaching questions to support them in clarifying where their true resistance is. 2. Choose one behavior or strategy you are going to implement this week when you feel tempted to indulge in secret eating behavior. 3. Begin/continue living The Five Healthy Edge Daily Goals. Review the goals and answer questions. 1. Eat healthy and low-‐glycemic every 2-‐3 hours. 4. Exercise 45 minutes or walk 10,000 steps. 2. Eat 6 or more whole foods. 5. Take a high quality supplement as directed. 3. Drink 80 oz. or more of water.
