"Don’t Give Up On Selling Your Home. You Could Be Inches Away from Success!" Dear Frustrated Home Seller, Have you ever been super close to getting something fantastic? Perhaps you were off by just one number when playing the lottery? Or maybe you chose to skip out on an event only to find out that your favorite rock star was there and he handed out signed photos to everyone? There was a man named R.U. Darby who found out exactly how this feels. His uncle staked a claim in Colorado hoping to strike it rich. He got lucky, because the land did indeed have gold! He went back home, raised money to buy the mining equipment he’d need to dig deep, and brought his nephew (Darby) back with him to help. Things went well for a while. Then all of a sudden, the gold ran out. They dug and dug to no avail. Hopeless, they sold the mining equipment for a few hundred dollars and returned home to Maryland, leaving behind their dreams of vast wealth. But the story doesn’t end there. After purchasing the machinery, the curious junk man decided to investigate the mine for himself. He quickly realized, however, that he didn’t know a thing about gold mining. He hired a mining engineer to “do a little calculating.” The engineer examined the mine, and what he found was staggering. He told the junk man that the young man and his uncle had failed because they were unfamiliar with “fault lines.” He then determined that the gold vein was a mere three feet away from where they stopped digging! Following the engineer’s advice, the junk man dug three feet over and found the gold vein that had eluded the young man and his uncle. The junk man walked away with millions… The young man and his uncle did most of the hard work, but they quit just three feet short of attaining their prize. They walked away with nothing in their pockets, but when they later found 1|Page
out about the Junk man’s success, they learned an invaluable lesson about perseverance that they’d never, ever forget. Great story, right? Maybe you’re wondering what it has to do with selling your house. Well, a lot, actually. Selling your home can be a trying experience. There’s only so much you can actually control. Your house could sell tomorrow, or next week, or maybe a year from now. How can you know for sure? This can lead to self-doubt and uncertainty. At times, you might find yourself feeling just like the young man or his uncle from the story. They’re digging and digging and you’re waiting and waiting, and all the time you’re both asking, “Will there ever be an end in sight?” Not if you don’t know which steps to take. I'll agree that the young man and his uncle would have certainly found gold had they just dug in the RIGHT direction. But, they just as easily could have spent the time digging three feet in the WRONG direction, leaving them in the same place where they started. Don’t make the same mistake with selling your home. As funny as it sounds, I want you to instead think of yourself as the Junk man in the story. You know that you’re on to something good. You’re just not exactly sure how to reach your goal. Are you three feet away from selling your home? Has that perfect buyer been looking for a home like yours? Are you three feet away from finding them? Selling a home for top dollar fast is actually pretty simple. You just have to find the one person who is willing to pay more for your home than anyone else. If they want it more than anyone else, then they will be willing to pay a higher price than anyone else. I can "dig up" that perfect buyer. Unfortunately, perfect buyers aren't always easy to dig up. If they were plentiful, then all homes would sell fast. Can I come by and show you my plans to find your perfect buyer? Please give me a call at (xxx) xxx-xxxx. Or, send me an email at

[email protected] P.S. A New Home Selling Strategy Has Been Developed That Causes Homes to Sell for More Money... With Fewer Showings... I put together a completely free report that explains how this strategy works. Here are a few of the things I reveal in this report: The simple trick that causes “tough as nails” negotiators to forget about negotiating and gladly pay full price. (I didn’t think this could happen until I witnessed it happen myself.) The one picture that will make or break whether or not your house sells for top dollar. (It doesn’t matter if you only have 100 pictures in your ad, or just 1. This picture matters more than all the other pictures.) The one thing you say in the description that will determine whether or not your house sells for top dollar. (If you miss this one thing, then you will be forced to settle for less than you deserve.)
