STRIBLING & ASSOCIATES The property has been owned by Roberts for five years It’s a pretty pad for a “Pretty Woman.” Movie star Julia Roberts is gearing up to list her Hamptons-style Greenwich Village apartment for $4.5 million, having paid just $3.89 million for it in 2010, according to reports.
STRIBLING & ASSOCIATES Roberts has been spending more time on the west coast But the “Runaway Bride” actress isn’t checking out of New York, completely. She’ll hang on to her Gramercy Park pad, which she’s been leasing out to a long-term renter.
