The actress is listing her three bedroom, three bathroom apartment for $4.5 million, according to Zillow. Inside the apartment, a 50-foot-long living space — which includes a living room, dining room, library and fireplace — is complete with large windows that frame rooftop views of the city. The apartment has multiple terraces, including a large "entertaining-size terrace" with views of the Empire State building that extends outside two bedrooms with another terrace outside the master suite on the opposite side of the apartment. Roberts dropped $3.895 million in 2010 for the space and also owns another New York City home in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood. Alexa Lambert of Stribling & Associates is listing the apartment.
